POSTAGE... For UK deliveries we will use Royal Mail 48 tracked, an upgrade to 1st class 24 tracked is available. Sending parcels abroad we use parcel2go, we always fully insure each parcel and use signed for delivery. RETURNS... We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is not as described or broken in transit. However, if you just simply change your mind and there is nothing wrong with the item we will not accept returns
