GWR Linemans Spirit Level

A very tactile item and perfect for the railway enthusiast :)

A Victorian GWR Linemans spirit level for the purpose of setting track on slopes and bends during the construction of the railway. The wood is oak and all the metal is brass. Stamped GWR in numerous places

Total length 62 inches.

This is a rare find in such a good, working condition.
