French Art Nouveau Plaster Bust

Art Nouveau plaster bust, made in France. Stamped to the back 'France 46' and has a manufacturers stamp that I cannot make out.

Condition... This is an aged plaster bust and has some slight issues on her edges here and there. There are some paint losses but in keeping with her age. Please study vieo and pictures. No breakages or cracks have been observed.
