London & North Eastern Railway, LNER, Posterboard Heading, Enamel Sign

Dating from the early part of the 20th Century, this railway posterboard/sign for LNER is made from vitreous enamel in a dark blue colour with white lettering.

Losses to the enamel on the edges and there is a crease in the word Eastern. As the sign is so long and fragile we have mounted it on a pine backing which we have waxed. Please see pictures for full details.

For Scotland and NI please get in touch for a shipping quote. We always use a fully insured courier but he is usually on his own, so please when you make arrangements with the him for delivery please make sure there is someone available to help him if required. Collection is usually well within 14 days of the order being placed and delivery is usually 8 to 10 days after that. RETURNS... We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is not as described. If it is damaged in transit please also contact the courier too as their insurance should cover any mishaps. However, if you just simply change your mind and there is nothing wrong with the item then we do not accept returns.
