19th Century Cast Iron Garden Fountain - Coalbrookdale Style

In the style of Coalbrookdale this 19thC cast iron garden fountain stands an imposing 94 inches tall. The base decorated with swans. Obtained from a deceased estate and an abandoned garden very close to the original Coalbrookdale factory, now a museum.

We have checked with the museum and this style of fountain was listed in the Coalbrookdale catalogues of the late 19thC.

Condition... The original bolts had to be forcibly removed and have been replaced with new nuts and bolts. The fountain strips down to 3 pieces. The base section being the heaviest and will require some machinery or strong manpower to get into position in your garden. We can only deliver to the front of your house. The paintwork has not been renewed and appears to be in it's original state. No holes or rot in any section

We always use a fully insured courier but he is usually on his own, so please when you make arrangements with him for delivery please make sure there is someone available to help him if required. Collection is usually well within 14 days of the order being placed and delivery is usually 8 to 10 days after that.

RETURNS... We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is not as described. If it is damaged in transit please also contact the courier too as their insurance should cover any mishaps. However, if you just simply change your mind and there is nothing wrong with the item then we do not accept returns.
